A recent editorial about what to eat/not eat during pregnancy

First off, I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season!  I wanted to take this opportunity to share an editorial that I recently published in JAMA Pediatrics.  It addresses a question that expectant frequently mothers ask their doctors:  "What foods should I eat or avoid during pregnancy?  You can read the editorial right here.  To my surprise, this piece was immediately picked up by some large national media outlets, including CBS NewsThe Wall Street Journal, and USA Today, each of whom focused on one of the main messages of the piece: that unless a woman is herself allergic to nuts, she should not eliminate nuts from her diet during pregnancy, as they are a great source of protein and folic acid.  Moreover, nut consumption during pregnancy may actually reduce nut allergy risk in the child, though more work is needed to better understand this relationship.
