WHAT: For the first time ever, we are gathering the many "faces of food allergy", including parents, caretakers, kids, researchers, pediatricians, allergists, nurses, school personnel and anyone who helps care for someone with food allergy. The Midwest FACES conference presents the perfect platform for exchanging ideas and creating connections among all dedicated stakeholders, in addition to learning the latest and greatest in food allergy research. Join us to share your perspective, while gaining support from others who get it...know it...live it!
WHEN: Saturday, June 9th and Sunday, June 10th for parents and children ages 9+

- Attendees must be age 9 or older. Aside from the content breadth and complexity, the day features a kids-only track and they will be physically separated from their parents. However, parents with kids of all ages are welcome and encouraged to attend.
